zuri.so is a meeting preparation and briefing platform that:

  • Integrates with Google Calendar to access your meeting information
  • Generates meeting briefs and research using AI technology
  • Sends email notifications about your meetings
  • Provides tools for meeting preparation and note-taking

3. Account Registration

Eligibility

By creating an account, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Use of Service

Permitted Use

You may use zuri.so for legitimate business and personal meeting preparation purposes.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Transmit any malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Scrape or copy content from the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Google Services Integration

Google Calendar Integration

By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize us to:

  • Access your calendar events in read-only mode
  • View meeting details (titles, descriptions, times, locations, attendees)
  • Allow your AI assistant to summarize your schedule
  • Detect when meetings start and end

We do not:

  • Modify, create, or delete any calendar events
  • Share your calendar data with third parties except AI providers necessary for the Service
  • Access your calendar without your explicit authorization

Google Docs Integration

By connecting Google Docs, you authorize us to:

  • Read Google Docs that are attached to your calendar events in read-only mode
  • Generate summaries of meeting notes through your AI assistant
  • Help you prepare for meetings by understanding existing notes

We do not:

  • Access Google Docs that are not attached to calendar events
  • Edit, create, or delete any documents
  • Share your documents with third parties except AI providers necessary for the Service
  • Access documents automatically - all access is user-initiated through your AI assistant

Revoking Access

You can revoke Google Calendar and Google Docs access at any time through:

6. Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

  • Pricing and features are outlined on our pricing page
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Payment is due upon subscription and at each renewal period
  • We accept major credit cards and payment methods supported by Stripe

Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be available within 30 days

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create using our Service
  • You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide the Service
  • We will not share your content with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service

Our Property

  • zuri.so and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us
  • Our Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission

8. AI-Generated Content

Disclaimer

  • Content generated by AI should be reviewed for accuracy
  • We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for verifying and using AI-generated content appropriately

Third-Party AI Services

We use AI services from OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic. Their use is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

10. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Canceling your subscription through your account settings
  • Contacting us at support@zuri.so

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Your account remains inactive for an extended period

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease immediately
  • We may delete your data according to our data retention policy
  • You remain liable for any outstanding charges

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
  • These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless zuri.so, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

  • Sending an email to registered users
  • Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
